Hope Alone

 

All the problems, all the doubts

I can feel the pain

I’d take it if I could

Make it my own

Just to see you smile

But I live in this world

All I have is my words

I’ll tell you things get better

And hope that you believe

All my life I’ve lived and learned

And the best advice that I can give

It’s hope alone that counts

Hold fast to hope that things get better

Live for the moment of happiness

And know that it will come.
